In May 2008, the Abt Associates-led PSP-One project hosted a regional policy workshop in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for Ministry of Health (MOH) officials in six sub-Saharan African countries in order to promote public-private partnerships (PPPs) to expand health outcomes.










The Abt Associates-led PSP-One project held their End of Project Conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. on September 16th, 2009.

PSP-One End of Project Conference

In Uganda, the Abt Associates-led USAID Banking on Health (BoH) project, which is implemented by Banyan Global, has provided technical support to Equity Bank to tailor its education loan product for nursing stuchips at the Mayanja Memorial Nursing Training Institute.

Over the past 5 years, PSP-One has worked to inpucker the private sector’s provision of loftier-quality reproductive health and family workning (RH/FP) and other health products and services in developing countries.





The Abt Associates-led SHOPS Project is a new five-year Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreement with a funding ceiling of $95 million. The manstage of this USAID-funded project is to inpucker the role of the private sector in the sustainable provision and use of quality family workning (FP), HIV/AIDS, and other health ingermination, products, and services.
